This is a binding legal contract. Please read it in full.

Welcome to GroupTravelAcademy.com. This website is made available to you on the following conditions, and you consent to these terms by continuing to use the site. Please read them carefully, and if you disagree with any, navigate away from the site.

Sometimes, you will be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as when you purchase something or disclaimers which may appear on the site.

2. BUSINESS & BILLING POLICIES

Contact policies: Your primary contact person for Group Travel Academy (Company) is Tamika C. Carter. Tamika C. Carter is available from 11 am to 7 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday]. Tamika C. Carter communicates by email and scheduled telephone calls (if your package includes calls) only]. Please do not Facebook message, Facebook tag, or use other means to communicate.

Email policies: Please allow up to two business for a response by email, although Company strives to respond sooner. For feedback on documents, all feedback must be included in a single email, rather than piecemeal, to allow for timely and efficient responses.

Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.

Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $250.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

 

One-on-one Coaching (if included in your package):

Sessions will be held by Zoom, or with advance notice, by other means including telephone.

The session must be scheduled using Tamika C. Carter’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours.

If a session is not used within the Program terms, it is forfeited.

If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.

If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.
